Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Process Designer to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

Working in Draw.io:

• Creating new BPMN 2.0 process diagrams in close collaboration with telco experts
• Editing and updating existing process flows ensuring all diagrams are in line with BPMN 2.0 guidelines

Taking care of tasks related to your role:

• Collecting information and inputs from various Process Owners to ensure process diagrams are correct
• Aligning with various stakeholders to ensure process diagrams are correctly embedded in the B2B e2e process journey

Backup to the Data Analyst role in your team:

• Production of KPI updates including forecasting
• Pull and update reports
• Define data driven actionable items and support their execution in the organization

what we are looking for:

• University degree
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Good computer skills (MS Office): good command of Excel and Word
• Analytical mind, with ability to think one step ahead
• Any diagramming tools experience (Draw.io, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.) would be nice
• BPMN 2.0 knowledge would be great
• High responsibility and attention to details
• Ability to deliver results under pressure
• Capability to perform several tasks in parallel
