• Reconciliation of cash operations with sales (IMA) reports and banking info
• Booking cash operations in the company's accounting system (Oracle Financials)
• Processing advance requests for business trips and cash purchases
• Verifying and validating expenses reports
• Executing card/cash payments to OMD employees (salaries, loans etc.)
• Managing the company's salary cards project
• Registering daily cash flow
• Fiscal and financial reporting

Requirements:

• University degree (Economy, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Banking)
• Analytical skills
• Proficiency in Romanian and English, French would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Well organized and responsible
